I don't even know where to start with this incredible person. Lisa came into my life at the optimum time - a time when my training and fitness regime had come to a halt, a time when nutrition wise I was struggling. A time when I really thought I had come to the end of my fitness journey. I struggled with food (knowing what to eat) & I was growing an unhealthy eating habit where if i faltered of the plan in anyway shape or form I would guilt myself completely about it. I was eating much too little & training much too hard (sometimes 14 times a week) & my body was in starvation. Lisa came in & changed everything up, I went from eating very little to struggling to get the food into me. She also cut my training sessions in half. She taught me about food, she educated me in macros & she was there EVERY step of the way. Nothing was too stupid a question to ask & the help and support was there 24/7. One thing I find with competing fitness PT's is regularly they are uninterested in working with you unless your ultimate goal is to complete - this isn't the case with Lisa. She never rammed any opinions down my throat, she never made me feel that I wasn't good enough to be a client of hers. Actually quite the opposite. She is the best person to cater for YOUR goals, not what she wants you to achieve, but what YOU want to achieve. Lisa caters your personalised plan for your lifestyle. Investing in Lisa has been my best decision to date. Through all of my PT's I rarely hit the goals I set out & one I have been trying to achieve a long as i can remember is an unassisted pull up, which I completed under the guidance of this genius. She is amazing & worth every cent & more. If your on the fence regarding choosing Lisa as your PT - my recommendation is DO IT! I promise it will be the best money you ever spend :) I am still training with Lisa (6 months now) & will continue to to continue building up my strength, training & overall mental & physical health.
