What is Support & Connect?
This is a 4 week group based training plan. Designed to allow you train from the comfort of your own home during these uncertain and challenging times.
I’ve got your back! And, where there is a will, there is a way :) I understand exercise and training is a huge part of some people’s lives and I do not want this taken away from people due to our current global Covid 19 Pandemic!
We know exercise is important for us both physically AND mentally! It allows us relieve stress and keep us not only physically healthy but also mentally too :).
This isn’t just a ‘training plan’, I have created this plan / group with one thing in mind - to support and connect with others during times that none of us have dealt or encountered before!
It's important that if you do proceed with joining, that you understand we are a community and we are establishing a group of women who will support and connect with each other over the course of these 4 weeks so your participation in this group is pivotal to the 'Support & Connect' motto!
